All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to enter into agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or entity if deemed necessary for security or operational reasons.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Rates for security services will be communicated in advance and are subject to applicable taxes.
- A minimum booking requirement may apply depending on the service.
- Additional expenses (e.g., parking, travel, special equipment) may be charged separately.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or legal action.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hrs notice in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate details about security requirements
- Cooperate with security personnel for optimal protection
- Comply with all legal requirements and respect the instructions of our security professionals
We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund if a client engages in unlawful or unethical behavior that compromises safety.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All information shared with us, including client identities and security details, will be kept strictly confidential.
- We do not disclose personal information unless required by law or with client consent.
- By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Silent Protection Group Ltd. is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, including but not limited to theft, injury, or property damage.
- Our services do not guarantee the prevention of crime or security breaches.
- We shall not be held responsible for losses caused by third-party actions beyond our control.
